• Name, email address, and phone number of coaches, staff, and guardians
• Player names, dates of birth, squad numbers, and photos (optional)
• Training attendance, match results, and awards
• Feedback and support messages you send us

We use your data to:

• Provide the core features of the app (training, awards, squad management, etc.)
• Allow coaches and staff to communicate with players and guardians
• Improve the service and respond to feedback
• Send important updates about the app

Children's Data

ClubMate is used by grassroots football clubs and involves data about children under 18. We take this responsibility seriously. We only collect the minimum information needed to run the service. Parents and guardians can request to view or delete their child's data at any time by contacting us.

DBS Checks & Safeguarding

ClubMate does not perform or verify DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) checks on coaches or staff. It is the responsibility of the club, team, or organisation using ClubMate to ensure that all adults working with children have appropriate safeguarding checks in place.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Request a copy of the data we hold about you or your child
• Ask us to correct or delete data
• Withdraw consent at any time
• Contact us with any concerns
